Another tip: They accept call-ahead seating so make sure you plan and call ahead. Thank you so much for bringing this restaurant to us!! I am rating this with five stars because I cannot criticize because there were a few things wrong on opening day.it's to be expected. I would suggest going on a dreary day so that you get the Caribbean feeling that will lift your spirits. I have eaten at this chain 10 times now and the food is spectacular. Bahama Breeze also has amazing frozen drinks alcoholic and non-alcoholic and have their own specialty drinks. The price was a little over $40 which was extremely reasonable. We also drank Aruba Red beer (only place we can find that serves it) and a mojito. This is what we always order in Florida and we were not disappointed whatsoever. We ordered chicken tostones, chicken wings with a sweet sauce and we split a cuban sandwich with the delicious tomatoes in the amazing oil that they use. The most positive comment and the one that matters the most is that the food was absolutely delicious. There is an outside area that has two tv's and I cannot wait to eat here again and sit outside.
It is beautiful and I love the way the employees are dressed. The interior decor is similar as in Florida. The restaurant isn't as large as we would have liked, and we wish it could have been constructed a little bigger. I am flip-flopping between my slightly negative comments and the positive ones. Our waitress was Lindsey and she was very friendly. We are bar people and unfortunately, the bar is surprisingly very small. This was very nice and I am sure it will calm down once the employees are comfortable. We received excellent service but since the restaurant had just opened, we were inundated with welcomes. My husband had to drive around for almost 10 minutes in the parking lot but finally found a spot. There was absolutely no place to park since the restaurant was brand new. It just so happens that we ended up going for dinner opening night. I was out of my mind with excitement when I learned of the construction for this restaurant chain last year. We plan to be going there again and give them another try.Įvery time we go to Florida, we go to Bahama Breeze three times each visit. To sum up - the service needs a lot of work but the food was excellent. He took our order and offered us an appetizer or cocktail from the bar (our choice) for having to wait so long. When he showed up, he apologized and stated that the waitress was new and didn't realize she was our waitress. after being seated) I asked to speak to the manager. Asked someone walking by and they had no idea who our waitress was but would find him/her. After being seated, we waited for a waitress to come take our order.
We talked to hostess at the front door and she apologized and stated that she had selected the wrong # for the pager and someone else go our seat. Assumed we would be called soon but ordered two mixed drinks (gin & tonic/Cosmopolitan). We ordered two tropical drinks that were not that strong (couldn't taste booze at all), but looked beautiful. We had call ahead seating and upon showing up at the restaurant, we were told 30 minutes or less wait so we proceeded to the bar. With so many other restaurants in the area, we will never go back. There were other things, but I think you get the picture. We even had to find some silverware and napkins ourselves. We constantly had to ask other servers to find our waitress to get condiments and water. A shrimp linguini entree was swimming in oil, although the shrimp were plentiful and tasty. The hamburgers cooked incorrectly, missing toppings and the sides were on the wrong plates. The wing appetizers were good, if pricey. Three of us wanted the Paella, but were told they were all out. Two were wrong and one specialty drink seemed watery. A round of drinks arrived at our table very late.

While at the bar, the bartenders were tossing full beer mugs back and forth and mostly missing. When we checked 30 minutes later, they said they called us but no response. We arrived at 8 PM and were given a beeper and a 15 minute time to be seated.
However, last night on a Tuesday, the four of us had a very bad experience. Please keep in mind, Bahama Breeze has only been open a month, so hopefully some of the kinks will be worked out.
